My past month has been experimental torture.
But it was all well worth it.

I was experimenting on how much sleep I actually need as a 26-year-old.

This is Part 2 of my “Revamp My Life” experiment.

And it’s about these 3 areas of my life:

  2. Sleep
  3. Productivity

I am going to go through these 3 main areas of my life and reassess all of them. Because well…we all only have 24 hours in a day. We need to use them well and use them with purpose right?
