Just a few decades ago, having a job in a big organisation and scaling the corporate ladder is the way to go. Everyone longed for it. However, in recent years, this very approach has suddenly become disdainful. Today, every young ambitious person is setting up their own business or becoming their own boss. The idea of working within a company’s walls irks them. I admit, I used to feel that way too.
