There is one thing I look forward to every month at work — my company’s self-development podcast. Alright, let’s get started!
#1 Humility
Humility is having the wisdom to know that you don’t know.
That’s literally the first step to growth— there has to be a gap somewhere so you can MOVE FORWARD and get from level 1 to level 2.
But first, you need to realise you don’t know. And of course, you can’t just stop there. You then need to be curious enough to want to know what you don’t know.
The mentality you need to have:
“Help me understand this. Teach me.”
There has to be a sense of selflessness to it. In other words, the motivation is…
